A Graphic Design Services and Assets

Role: Digital Marketing Manager (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest, and Email)

 

Problem

After a long hiatus, Viktorija decided to grow back her graphic design business. She offers graphic design services and she also sells her graphic design assets. Her problem is that she couldn’t find enough leads for her graphic design services and sales for her graphic design assets.

Solution

Instagram: The goals of using Instagram are for people to book a consultation call with her for her service and buy her digital assets. I created content funnels to gain more reach on Instagram, scheduled and posted on Instagram feed and story, did engagement daily, scouted and outreached influencers to collaborate and potential clients, analyzed Instagram performance, and did other research to improve strategy over time

Facebook: Sarah has her own FB page for her businesses but it was not active. I advised posting repurposed high-quality content from her blog. Besides, she was also a member of several FB groups. I checked these FB groups daily to see if there are people who are looking for a graphic designer or promote when the group allows promoting the member’s businesses.

Linked In: I used Linked In for outreach to potential people who need graphic design services, mostly female entrepreneurs. I also created a company profile for her business and posted regularly by repurposing high-quality content from her blog.

Pinterest: Pinterest is a super powerful tool when it comes to graphics and images. For her business, Pinterest is the platform where she can perform well. For Pinterest, I did scheduling and analysis, I also researched Pinterest groups that have similar feels to her design so she can post her design and market herself there.

Email: Email marketing is a lot of work but it is still one of the most powerful marketing tools. Sending cold emails was the most efficient way for her to book a call with clients. I created templates, modified them, and sent them to all potential clients list that I scouted.

Result

Within 3 months, there was a 62% increase in her booked calls, 92% increase in Instagram engagement and 150% in her sales.
