Background

After opening their first restaurant in Lombok — Bara Lombok —, the group decided to open a restaurant in Uluwatu, Bali. Ulu Eat is an artisan eatery, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. One of the biggest challenges they face is that they are new so they need to increase their market share, competing with other restaurants in. Uluwatu. Other than that, they have lunch that changes daily so we need to create a system to update what’s for today’s lunch without creating more work.

Solution

We decided to create a template which they can overlay a photo with, so the staff on-site can take a picture of today’s lunch and just add the template. I also created automation on Instagram messages so that potential customers can have their questions answered instantly. I created digital guidelines on how to post stories, posts, tone of voice, etc. so they have a cohesive brand all around.

Result

Ulu Eat is still an ongoing project for me as they are my new client. Their Instagram reach increased by 1.9k%, Instagram page visit increased by 96.5%, and new follower increased by 84%. I also created a story template for them so it will be cohesive.

Instagram Reach

Instagram reach increased by 1.9k% in 2 weeks. I did paid ads for 2 days and it had a significant impact to the profile.

Instagram Profile Visits

Instagram profile visits raised by 96.5%, While I did paid ads, most of the visits came organically.

Instagram New Followers

Instagram new followers increased by 84%. This is a mix between organic and paid ads, as we can see it raised significantly on the 12th of Oct when I did paid ads but it also has an increasing trend so far.
