Background

After their two restaurants’ success in Italy — Gabbiano Azzuro and Gabbianino —, the group decided to open a branch in Bali. Gabbi is a modern Italian restaurant located in Berawa. One of the biggest challenges they face is that they are new and they need more exposure. Other than that, there are a lot of Italian restaurants in Berawa and finding how to differentiate themselves from the others is important. They also do not have their foods professionally photographed. The owner also wants a more cleaner and minimalist approach to their Instagram feed. The main goals are to revamp the feed and get more reach.

Solution

As they did not have any food photos before on their feed, I scheduled a shoot once a week so we have enough content in the content bank. As a new restaurant, I made a strategy where we will post more than the others so we can have a great feed as it will act as their first landing page. I created digital guidelines on how stories and posts should look so they have a cohesive look. Competitive research is also done regularly so we know what works for others and what does not. I also do Facebook Ads to help them get more reach.

Result

Gabbi is still an ongoing project for me as they are my new client. Their Facebook Page reach increased 907.8% while their Instagram reach increased by 407,4%.
